brief introduction
The coarse crushing mobile station is equipped with high-quality jaw crushers and impact crushers, and tens of thousands of sets of crushing equipment have been installed around the world since the late 20th century.
PEW series and HJ series reflect the international advanced crushing technology and manufacturing level, which is the rupture of domestic crushing capacity and crushing ratio. When considering the crushing of hard and strong abrasive materials, the PEW series European version should be selected firstly, the feed size can reach 1100×1200mm, and the crushing capacity can reach 650t/h. HJ series high energy smashing has high crushing capacity and low running cost. It is suitable for various materials and its crushing strength can reach 320MP. Especially when crushing hard materials such as basalt, HJ series high energy smashing can increase the crushing force by changing the position of the adjusting seat to achieve the effect of crushing hard materials, and the crushing capacity can reach 650t/h.
In the coarse crushing mobile crushing station, there are eight jaw crushers and four finished grain-shaped impact crushers to choose from. The outstanding advantage of the PFW Euro version of the impact crusher is that the finished product is in the form of a cube, without tension and cracks, and the grain shape is quite good.
