Product introduction:
YKN series circular vibrating screen is a round vibrating screen with high strength and large exciting force developed on the basis of more than 20 years of experience in vibrating screen design combined with international advanced vibrating screen manufacturing technology. It is suitable for treating various ores, rocks, etc. with water content not more than 5%, large block size and large bulk density. It is mainly used for screening operations in industrial sectors such as building materials, mining, chemical industry and cement.
YKN series vibrating screen is mainly composed of motor transmission part, intermediate shaft part, flexible coupling, vibration exciter assembly and screen frame assembly.
YKN series vibrating screen uses eccentric block as excitation source to drive the sieve body to make circular vibration. Its working principle is: the screen frame is elastically supported on the base (or foundation), the eccentric block is mounted on the shaft, and the shaft passes through the bearing and the bearing. The seat is mounted on the side plate of the screen frame, and the eccentric block is rotated when the spindle rotates, and the inertial force generated by the eccentric block forces the screen frame to vibrate. As the motor runs continuously, the screen machine performs an approximate circular path motion to achieve the screening operation.
