The basalts in Thailand are mainly distributed at the western and southern ends of the Nakhon Ratchasima Plateau, near the northwestern part of Chiang Rai, Nanben, Kanchanaburi and the southeast of Zhamaburi. Basalt is a pore-like or almond-like structure. The main minerals are plagioclase (mainly basalt) and pyroxene. The minor minerals are olivine and opaque minerals. The basalt finished products after deep processing of the project are mainly used in the construction field.
