Limestone Crushing Plant in United Arab Emirates
Processing materials: limestone, basalt stone, granite, pebbles, etc.
Production capacity: 30-450 t/h
Equipment: impact crusher, jaw crusher, vibrating feeder, stone crusher, conveyor and other related equipment.
Production situation: firstly, evenly send stone into coarse crushing machine by vibrating feeder for preliminary crushing; and then send the coarse material into impact crusher by conveyor for further crushing. The fine crushed stone will be sent into the vibrating screen to be sieved for getting stones with different size.
Stones can’t meet the size requirement will return to the impact crusher for re-crushing. Main equipment of basalt crushing plant is impact crusher. Comparing with traditional crusher, Fote impact crusher is updated with crushing and plastic process, high crushing ratio and large processing capacity, and can increase productivity about 30%. In the whole process, the wearing consumption has drastically reduced about 20%.
