How does the stone production line prevent dust pollution

When the 1 works, stones will be hit and squeezed. Because the 1 is not fully closed, the air between stone powders is extruded and moves outward speedily and then escapes with dust, instantly raising large amounts of dust. A little of the air with dust will discharge down through the chute and most will discharge upward through the feeding mouth, thus producing a high concentration of dust around the feeding mouth. This will not only cause serious pollution to the environment, but also do great harm to human body in the long run. So as a professional 1 manufacturer, what improvement measures should we take to control the dust pollution of the1?

(1) Take airtight control technology. Sealing cover will seal up dust source and limit diffusion scope of dust to the greatest extent.

(2) Eliminate the high potential energy difference. The high potential energy difference caused by powder dropping between handling equipments like hopper, shield, chute, etc is the main reason for dust overflowing. We should try to reduce the drop height and the chute and spout inclination. We’d better make sure negative pressure in some sealed chambers. And thus it will be helpful for dust collection.

(3) Take wet method and exhaust wind for dust removal. Countermeasures to control dust source can be respectively formulated: spray device can be set in the feeding mouth and at the tape transferring point; and we also need to control the amount of water to wet stone. This can significantly reduce the dust pollution at the transferring point inside the1. When poor ventilation occurs at the transferring point or particularly in the underground transporting buildings, centrifugal fan should be used to force ventilation and increase wind speed and air volume. When the running tape produces dust, bag dust collector should be adopted to exhaust air to control dust source under negative pressure.
