In industrial and mining production, 1is the most common preliminary crushing equipment.It simulates animal jaw movement, crushing materials through the movements of moving jaw plate and fixed jaw plate.
1 is mainly composed of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate, rack,top and bottom guard plates ,adjusting seat, moving jaw rod and other components . Working portion contains two jaw plates,one fixed jaw plate,which fixed vertically (or the upper slightly slanted upward ) in the front wall of the machine , and the other is a tilted movable jaw plate (moving jaw),forming a crushing chamber which has big top and small bottom . the next big small (working chamber) and the fixed jaw.
When jaw crusher works ,only half cycle for crushing , the other half cycle is used for discharging . Jaw crusher crushes the material through the cyclical movement of the movable jaw, crushing mode is to drive extruded type ,the belt and pulley is driven by a motor-drive , through the role of the eccentric shaft,make the movable jaw do stationary reciprocating motion . When the moving jaw rises, the angle between toggle plate and moving jaw becomes large, pushing moving jaw plate close to the fixed jaw plate , so that the volume of material becomes narrow and close to each other and then squeeze and grind tightly , cause multiple crushing such as extrusion, rolling, grinding.
