The crushing of 100 tons granite through vibrate feeder, then transport to jaw crusher(we can use PE750*1060) for primary crushing, then the materials should be screened by vibrating screen, next through belt conveyor to impact crusher(PE1214)or cone crusher(HST250)for secondary crushing, after that use circular vibrating screen to choose materials specification. The bigger particle should return to impact crusher to crushing again. Finally, finished particles will be shaped by sand machine. If you need clean granite, can use sand washer for cleaning, drying the packaging.
