Raymond mill is a common industrial milling equipment. And sometimes it will has a low production. What is the cause? There are many factors can affect the capacity of Raymond mill, let me point out 6 of them.
1.One of the factors influencing the production of Raymond mill is the hardness of the raw material. It is more difficult to grind the harder material by Raymond mill. And it also gets the machine weared. Raymond mill capacity would be lower.
2.The second factor is the humidity of the materials. That means when the material contains moisture is large , the material will be easy to stick on the Raymond mill inwall, it also is easy to jam in the material conveying process, and at last resulting in decreasing the capacity of Raymond mill.
3. The third factor is the fineness of the final product. The demand powder is finer, the capacity of Raymond mill is smaller.
5. The fifth factor is the viscosity of the material. The greater the viscosity of the material possesses, the easier material could adhere to the machine.
6. The last factor is the abrasion resistance of the hammer head and jaw plate. If the hammer head and jaw plate don’t have good wear, it will affect the capacity of Raymond mill.
