1. Clear the chamber in the end of the production every time. Clean the entire crush remaining and the incompletely broken materials to ensure a successful production next time.
2. Regularly check screws steady on the machine or not. If the screws are loose, fix it in time so as to prevent the loss and damage brought by the overvibration in the production or other accident.
3. Check the damage to the blow bar and the liner plate. Reverse the blow bar or replace it in time to ensure the high efficiency of the machine and less the damage to other parts.
4. Keep recording of production and report the problems occurred such as the strange noise or over vibration. It is more convenience to solve the problem.
5. Check the bearing shaft regularly and ensure the lube quality, and replace it if is can’t meet the standard.
